Thank you for your interest in being certified in the Kniffley Racial Trauma Therapy model. Please complete the following application questions. Once we have received your application and payment, you will receive a link to the training materials including: 3 training webinars (with accompanying powerpoint pdfs), training videos, the Kniffley Racial Trauma Therapy manual, and various readings.
To become certified in the Kniffley Racial Trauma Therapy model, you must complete the following requirements:
Payment of a $500 training and certification fee to the Spalding University Center for Behavioral Health
Completion of 3 Training modules (Understanding Racial Trauma, Racial Trauma Assessment, Racial Trauma Therapy)- 10 hours of total training including viewing training videos
Score of 80% on module post tests
Completion of 12 hours of consultation sessions
Completion of a 1 hour booster training session every three years
