Helpers' Helpers Survey

DOVE Delegates and DJ's Plan; are teaming up to support the African American community in the arena of mental health in Louisville. We know that Black people are silently suffering with mental health concerns and oftentimes do not know where to turn, can't afford help, and are experiencing other barriers to treatment/support. We are attempting to learn who is out there to support and what support they need to better serve their community. We are looking to be the "Helpers' Helpers" and to work with everyone to not only reimagine community safety, but community and collective care as well.

You are invited to participate in our survey to help us understand the needs/barriers that mental health practitioners have in order to build support for them.

It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary.
